This is the list of services we offer. We mostly provide emergency locksmith services. Additional information can be requested by contacting us or asking our locksmith on-site.

• Call-out

  £29

  Call-out charge - depending on the hour/holiday/weekend or emergency £29 - £99. Cancellation fee (you can cancel at anytime however you will be charged a call-out fee if the locksmith was dispatched to your property before cancellation) is £55.

• Lock installation

  The lock installation fee from £139. It does not include price of the lock. If lock is not provided by the customer, new lock can be offered for additional cost.

• Safe opening

  The opening fee starts from £299. Complexity of mechanism may affect the final price.

• Door opening

  The opening price starts at £59 (simple opening), but the type of opening may affect the final cost.

  Picking the Lock: If possible, the locksmith may attempt to pick the lock first, which is generally less invasive and quicker.

  
  

  Drilling the Lock: If picking fails or is not feasible, drilling will be employed. This method is more destructive but is sometimes necessary for damaged or complex locks.

  
  

  Alternative Methods: The locksmith may use other techniques, such as bumping or using specific tools, depending on the lock type and condition.

  Mortise locks price starting from £89. The final cost depends on the type, number of levers, and security level required.

• Cylinder locking mechanism

  Lock prices start from as low as £25. The better the lock the higher the price.

• Deadlock

  Deadlock prices starts from £79, with pricing based on the lock type, number of levers, and the required security level.

• Rim cylinder locking mechanism

  Rim lock mechanisms price starting from £79. The final cost depends on the number of pins and the security level.

• Nightlatch

  Night latch mechanisms prices starting from £129. Final price may vary depending on the brand, security features, and certification level.

• Locking mechanism

  Locking mechanisms prices starting from £199. The final cost depends on the complexity, model size, brand, and the number of locking points on the door.

• Labour

  Lock replacement labour - £59.

  Covers standard types such as rim lock, deadlock, nightlatch, and sash lock. Lock fitting and installation starts from £149 (includes mortising and fitting a new deadlock, rim lock, or installation of a Euro Cylinder into a deadlock or sash Lock. Applies to wooden doors.)

  For internal or external doors. Price depends on the type and complexity of the mechanism

  
  

  Door adjustment and repair – from £149

  Includes fixing issues such as dragging doors, misaligned frames, sticking or non-closing doors, damaged hinges, and similar problems

  
  

  Wooden door installation – from £129 (Includes trimming, cutting, fitting, and mounting on two hinges)

  Installation of door handle, lock, or self-closing mechanism is priced separately based on client requirements.

  
  

  Mailbox lock – from £99, replacement - £55

  Includes lock and labour. Knob lock (with keys) or privacy knob lock for bathrooms/WC – from £79. New installation (mortised into the door): £79

  
  

  FD30 fire door installation - HMO - from £549 per door

  Includes fitting the door on hinges with smoke seals and brush. (Lock and door closer installation is priced separately depending on client preferences).

  
  

  Door installation – by appointment only

  All door installations are carried out after an on-site assessment and accurate measurement. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
